September 2, 2015. This description outlines the duties and qualifications for a utility worker who supports construction projects in a utility capacity, transferring between tasks as demands require and working with minimal supervision.
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Performs all manual labor in the area to which assigned.
- Keeps area neat and clean.
- Must be dependable and professional
- Must have a great work ethic

- Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's.
- Ability to read a tape measurer accurately.
- Must be able to pass a 7 Panel Drug Screen.
