Case Manager - Medication Assisted Treatment

Hourly Rate: $21.63

Job Description: Provides a broad range of social services to clients and their families. Participates in treatment team planning and performs crisis intervention. Assists in dealing with personal and social problems. Serves as a liaison for social services.

Schedule:

Will work Monday-Thursday, 7 AM – 6 PM.

Competencies:

• Knowledge of diagnostic impressions or criteria.
• Knowledge of how client advocacy system operates.
• Knowledge of individual and group therapy techniques.
• Knowledge of various therapeutic models and interventions as directly related to area of assignment.
• Knowledge of crisis intervention techniques.

Required

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma and 3 years social services experience, bachelor’s degree in helping field (psychology, sociology, etc.) preferred.
• Case management experience is a plus.
• Must be at least 21 years old to apply.
• Must have a valid in-state driver’s license and have a driving record with no more than 6 points.
• Experience with or knowledge of trauma informed, resilience-oriented care or lived experience in recovery is preferred.
• Knowledge of addictive diseases is preferred.
