Temple Shir Tikva's Early Learning Center (ELC) is a play-based, Reggio-inspired early childhood program serving toddlers and preschoolers. Rooted in Jewish values, kindness, respect, gratitude, and community, we create a warm, inclusive environment where children and educators thrive.

Position OverviewWe are seeking Teachers (Toddler & Preschool) for the 2025–2026 school year. This is a full-time opportunity (35–40 hours/week) for educators who are:
Key Responsibilities- Lead a nurturing, engaging classroom environment
- Design and implement play-based, developmentally appropriate curriculum
- Facilitate indoor and outdoor learning experiences
- Support children's social, emotional, and cognitive development
- Build strong, responsive relationships with families and colleagues
- Collaborate with co-teachers and participate in team planning
- Maintain a safe, organized classroom aligned with licensing standards
- Engage in ongoing reflection and professional growth
- EEC certification required (Massachusetts) or willing to obtain
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
- Experience in early childhood classrooms preferred
- Strong understanding of child development and play-based learning
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Warm, dependable, and growth-oriented mindset
- $22–$26/hour, based on experience and qualifications
