• Provide professional hair services including cutting, coloring, highlighting, and smoothing treatments.
• Deliver thorough consultations to understand client goals and recommend appropriate services.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and rebooking.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workstation in accordance with state regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive, supportive salon environment.
• Stay current with trends, techniques, and product knowledge through ongoing education.

• Active Massachusetts Cosmetology License (required).
• Minimum 3 years of salon experience (preferred).
• Strong technical skills in cutting and color services.
• Professional, reliable, and team-oriented.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
