In Memory Care, caregivers create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
Qualifications & Skills:- High School Diploma/GED and age 18+
- CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
- Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills
- Assist residents with personal care and daily routines
- Ensure safety, dignity, and independence for residents
- Engage residents through conversations and activities
- Support dining and maintain a welcoming environment
- Communicate effectively with families and care team members
