Caregivers interact with residents through conversation and daily activities, support dining services, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment. In Memory Care, they create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
- High School Diploma/GED and age 18+
- CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
- Compassion, reliability, and effective communication skills
- Assist residents with personal care and daily routines
- Follow and document care plans accurately
- Promote safety, dignity, and independence
- Engage residents in meaningful conversations and activities
- Support dining and maintain a clean environment
- Communicate effectively with families and care team members
Competitive pay range from $18.92 to $23.65 per hour, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability plans, retirement savings, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and flexible payment options. Bonuses may be available based on performance and role.
