Terrain Assistant Manager – Site Operations

Responsibilities

• Supports back of house operations and store maintenance
• Contributes to supporting the service experience, visual processes, and daily business operations
• Leads by example in cultivating Terrain’s four promises
• Delivers a seamless, multi-channel shopping experience
• Participates in supporting visual priorities, facility standards
• Maintains organizational standards in the back of house
• Supports team development with new hire onboarding
• Provides timely and specific employee feedback
• Leads daily product flow processes
• Guides the operational support associates

• 2+ years leadership experience
• Knowledge of home décor trends & gardening
• Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the organization

Demonstrates strong leadership in back of house operations and team development while maintaining high organizational standards and supporting a seamless shopping experience. Knowledgeable in home décor trends and gardening, with a commitment to continuous learning and flexibility in scheduling.
