Responsibilities
  • Account Managers are responsible for:
  • Managing client relationships for a specified portfolio of properties
  • Achieving individual sales goals and contributing to the department's overall growth and sales goals
  • Actively identifying opportunities to prospect for new business leads and converting those leads into customers
  • Meeting clients at their properties and conceptualizing property maintenance and/or garden design services
  • Working with our operations department to ensure timely delivery of services
  • Communicating with our purchasing department to ensure production of plant material
  • Visiting work sites as often as needed to direct work and find teachable moments with our crews
  • Learning and mastering our company-wide software to create work tickets and estimates

Experience required
  • At least 3 years of residential landscape sales
  • Relevant industry certifications (MCLP, MCH, MAA, AOLCP) are a major plus!
  • An ability to forge long-lasting client relationships
  • Experience in managing a high volume of individual accounts
  • Open communication and problem solving skills
  • A clean RMV driving record
