Location: Wayland, MA (20 minutes from Boston)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00am-5:30pm (hybrid 3 days in office, 2 days remote)
Compensation: $85k-$95ksalary and bonus potential
Benefits: full benefits package and 401k with 3% match
Travel: minimal; conferences and work events
Position DescriptionSeeking an experienced, highly motivated and results-driven Wealth Advisor to join our team to manage client relationships, and drive firm growth through exceptional client service, and thoughtful business development.
As a Wealth Advisor, you will play a key role in driving growth and the success of our company by generating new business opportunities and qualifying leads to help to keep expanding and providing our services to clients in need. This salaried role is ideal for an advisor who thrives in a collaborative, planning-driven environment and is motivated by deepening existing relationships while attracting new clients to the firm.
This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. The candidate should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business administration or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience as a wealth manager or financial advisor in an RIA or fiduciary setting, including knowledge of developing and implementing financial plans and managing investments.
- Understanding of financial markets, investment products, and wealth management principles.
- Proficiency in financial analysis tools, portfolio management software, CRM systems and MS Office suite.
- Demonstrated success in both client relationship management and new business development.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with quick decision-making and a results-oriented mindset
- Strong organizational, oral, written communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to organize and prioritize work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage effectively with diverse audiences.
- Strong prospecting and lead generation skills, with the ability to identify and qualify potential customers.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset, with a drive to exceed goals and deliver results.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
