Production Supervisor - Chassis

As part of our Manufacturing team, you’ll help build world‑class, state‑of‑the‑art smart vehicles.   Proactively address and mediate conflicts, facilitating mutually acceptable solutions. Build strong, positive working relationships with partners—including suppliers and union representatives—through transparent communication and an emphasis on psychological safety.

  Champion accountability, manage your performance and that of the hourly workforce, ensure fairness, and meet conflict with decisive action.
• Collaboration:
  
  Listen to all team members and stakeholders, partnering with team, union, and management to continuously improve everything.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 3–7+ years of supervisory, manufacturing, military, or other relevant experience.
• Ability to work rotating shifts/hours, including nights and weekends.

• Experience with Lean / Six Sigma methodology and/or Military Decision‑Making Process (MDMP) Experience.
