What You’ll Do

    Prioritize critical tasks and allocate human resources to maximize efficiency. Apply a bias for action by promptly addressing safety and quality issues to prevent larger problems, and develop and implement effective solutions.
  • Team Leadership & Development:
    Embrace servant‑leadership, build high‑performing teams, invest in their growth, and foster a positive, collaborative environment that motivates talent to achieve shared goals.
  • Data‑Driven Decision Making:
    Utilize data and insights to reduce downtime and quality defects, driving quantifiable improvements in efficiency and quality. Track and report employee time and attendance, turning raw data into actionable intelligence for strategic decision‑making and continuous improvement.
  • Continuous Improvement & Quality Assurance:
    Maintain relentless focus on identifying and eliminating inefficiencies, improving processes, and driving innovation to enhance productivity, quality, and safety. Commit uncompromisingly to quality, maintaining rigorous standards and relentlessly pursuing excellence.
  • Conflict Resolution & Interpersonal Relationships:
    Proactively address and mediate conflicts, facilitating mutually acceptable solutions. Build strong, positive working relationships with partners—including suppliers and union representatives—through transparent communication and an emphasis on psychological safety.
  • Accountability & Fairness:
    Champion accountability, manage your performance and that of the hourly workforce, ensure fairness, and meet conflict with decisive action.
  • Collaboration:

    Listen to all team members and stakeholders, partnering with team, union, and management to continuously improve everything.
You’ll Have
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 3–7+ years of supervisory, manufacturing, military, or other relevant experience.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts/hours, including nights and weekends.
Even Better You May Have
  • Experience with Lean / Six Sigma methodology and/or Military Decision‑Making Process (MDMP) Experience.
