City of Wayne is seeking a Part-Time Building Inspector to enforce codes, review plans, and conduct on-site inspections during all phases of construction.
Qualified applicants will have a high school diploma or equivalent, 4+ years of building construction experience, and a Michigan Act 407 Building Inspector license (or ability to obtain within 6 months). A valid MI driver’s license and basic computer skills are required.
