• Provide academic, behavioral, and social support to students within classroom environments
• Assist students 1:1 or in small groups as directed by teachers and school staff
• Help students with daily routines, transitions, and active participation in class
• Implement behavior support plans and follow Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) as applicable
• Support students mobility, supervision, and personal care needs when necessary
• Maintain safety, respect, and inclusivity in the learning environment

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum age of 18 years
• Compliance with TB testing as required by district policies
• Ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting when needed
• Current background clearances or willingness to obtain prior to start date

• Prior experience in special education, behavioral health, child care, or school settings
• Experience supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• Training or certification in CPI, PMT, or RBT is a plus but not required
• Strong reliability, patience, and a collaborative attitude
