We're partnering with a school district in Wayne County, MI to hire multiple Speech Language Pathologists (SLP) for the school year

This full-time opportunity offers a consistent schedule and the chance to make a meaningful impact supporting an elementary-grade caseload
. You'll work closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success throughout the school year.

Position Details
  • Location: Onsite
  • Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday (follows district calendar)

Responsibilities
  • Provide therapy services to students of all ages to support their speech, language, and communication needs in an academic setting.
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
  • Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine students' needs and track progress.
  • Document and maintain accurate records of student progress and interventions.
  • Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active Michigan SLP license (or ability to obtain)
  • CCC preferred; CFY candidates welcome
  • School-based or pediatric experience preferred
  • Experience with IEPs and evaluations
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Able to manage a caseload and support student needs
