Clinical Pharmacist

Scope of Work

Provide pharmaceutical care according to professional and departmental standards and statutory requirements. Ensure safe, effective, rational, and cost‑conscious pharmacotherapeutic recommendations through the department’s medication management programs.

Assist in supervising the functional activities of Pharmacy Technicians and Interns. Participate in department‑directed medication management activities consistent with Corewell Health goals and objectives. Demonstrate good judgment and decisiveness during daily activities, maintaining a working knowledge of current pharmaceutical practice, and a personal commitment to professional growth.

Support management by providing oversight, guidance, and support for all assigned areas and by participating in the planning, organization, implementation, and monitoring of new programs and activities.

• Required:
  
  Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited College of Pharmacy and 1 year of relevant pharmacy experience.
• Preferred: LIC-Clinical Pharmacist – , 90 days required.
• Preferred: LIC-Pharmacist Controlled Substance – , 90 days required.

Full‑time Night Shift (United States of America): 9:00 p.m. – 7:30 a.m., Sunday–Saturday. Primary location:
Wayne Hospital, 33155 Annapolis, Wayne.
