University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Care Workers to provide high-quality care and support to clients in Wayne, MI. This role involves assisting clients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being in their own homes.

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Support clients with meal preparation and feeding as needed.
• Administer medications and monitor health conditions following care plans.
• Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Document care provided and communicate observations to supervisors or healthcare professionals.
• Adhere to all safety and confidentiality policies.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in home care or related field preferred.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and assist with mobility.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, compassionate, and patient.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required.
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screening.

• Competitive pay ranging from $14.00 to $19.00 per hour, paid twice a month.
