Adaptive Home Health is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide skilled home health visits across Detroit-area regions. The role is field-based with a full-time schedule, Monday–Friday and occasional weekends as needed, supporting patients to stay safe and independent in their homes.
You will work under the OT plan of care, perform ADLs/IADLs, and coordinate with the care team to ensure quality outcomes.
