The successful candidate will be working with a global team to provide technical troubleshooting, data analysis, and problem resolution for applications and infrastructure on the plant floor, and lead various efforts to ensure all responsible manufacturing applications meet the client’s productivity goals.

• Support a multi‑shift operation in a manufacturing plant.
• Work flexible hours in support of a multi‑shift operation, including days, nights, and weekends.
• Provide technical support for IT applications, infrastructure, operating systems, and end‑user productivity tools to plant business customers.
• Interface with Business IT and business owners to prioritize improvement efforts.
• Support Plant Floor Systems / PDO teams in resolving incidents; support escalations and provide hands‑on assistance to other global teams (e.g., DBA, Server Operations, Ops Control, Network Operations) when necessary.
• Focus on the integration and long‑term maintenance of applications.
• Assist the team lead with managing assignments and workload.
• Develop, maintain, and share accurate support documentation.

• 5+ years of experience in a relevant field.
• Experience with Business Process Support, Operations Support Systems, Desktop Support, Server Support/Services, Application Support, Technical Support, and Manufacturing.

• Plant floor automation experience (e.g., control systems, PLCs) is highly desired.

• High School Diploma / GED.
