ResponsibilitiesAs a Production Supervisor, you are the vital link between strategic goals and daily execution. You’ll be leading a dedicated hourly team, fostering an environment where they can do their best work and feel empowered.

Act as a champion of workplace safety, proactively enforcing regulations and fostering a culture of vigilance.
Driving Operational Excellence
:
Lead and direct a team of employees that consistently makes high‑quality products and meets or exceeds production targets. Take ownership of team performance, address shortcomings proactively and celebrate successes.
Strategic Focus & Problem Solving
:
Prioritize critical tasks and allocate human resources to maximize efficiency. Apply for a “Bias for Action,” promptly and decisively addressing safety and quality issues to prevent larger problems, including identifying and analyzing problems, developing and implementing effective solutions, making timely and informed decisions, and adapting to changing circumstances.

Data‑Driven Decision Making
:
Utilize data and insights to reduce downtime and quality defects, driving quantifiable improvements in efficiency and quality. Track and report employee time and attendance, converting raw data into actionable intelligence for strategic decision‑making and continuous improvement.

:
Maintain a relentless focus on identifying and eliminating inefficiencies, improving processes, and driving innovation to enhance productivity, quality, and safety. Commit to rigorous standards and relentlessly pursue excellence to eliminate defects and ensure exceptional product quality.

:
Proactively address and mediate conflicts fairly and effectively, facilitating mutually acceptable solutions.

Champion accountability, managing both your own performance and that of the hourly workforce regarding processes and standards.
Collaboration

Actively listen to and value perspectives of all team members and other department stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 3–7+ years of supervisory, manufacturing, military, or other relevant experience.
- Ability to work rotating shifts/hours, including nights and weekends.
Even better, you may have:
- Experience with Lean / Six Sigma methodology and / or Military Decision‑Making Process (MDMP) experience.

This position is a salary grade 7 and ranges from $84,480 - $141,360.
