Job Summary:
As a 1st Shift Packager, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing operations, responsible for the efficient and accurate packaging of our high-quality products. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will be essential in ensuring our customers receive their orders in pristine condition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carefully pack and assemble products according to established procedures and quality standards
- Operate packaging equipment and machinery with precision and efficiency
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to support the overall production process
- Collaborate with the manufacturing team to identify and resolve any packaging-related issues
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe work environment
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a packaging or manufacturing role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a team setting
- Familiarity with packaging equipment and techniques
- High school diploma or equivalent
- MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A 10 PANEL DRUG SCREEN
Working Conditions:
This position is based in a manufacturing facility, with a focus on first-shift operations. The work environment can be fast-paced and physically demanding, with the potential for exposure to noise, machinery, and various materials. Candidates must be able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work a standard 40-hour weekly schedule.
Compensation and Benefits:
Masterson offers a competitive hourly rate of $15.50 per hour
