Job Description – Quality Assurance Inspector
Reports to:
Quality Manager.
- Participation in maintaining quality on the shop floor.
- Monitor and record quality issues on the floor and maintain log in PLEX ERP system.
- Perform incoming inspections on parts using various gauges and equipment available.
- Monitor, record, and report sort and support production quality activities on the floor.
- Other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
- Minimum of 2 years of college or equivalent.
- Understanding of Quality Operating System (QOS).
- Employee Handbook:
Read, sign and return. - Quality Policy discussion with Supervisor.
- PLEX ERP – Basic Quality Module.
- PLEX ERP – Document Control Systems.
- PLEX ERP – Heats Module:
Check sheet filling.
