P&C Insurance Agent & Agency Leader

Are you a high-energy sales professional ready to take the wheel of your own success? We are looking for a full-time motivated P&C Insurance Agent to serve as the heartbeat of one of our agencies. This isn't just a desk job—it’s an opportunity to own the growth, maintenance, and community presence of a thriving book of business.

As the key driver of your agency’s success, you’ll master the art of selling tailored insurance solutions while enjoying the elite backing of our zone management and corporate support teams. We don't just hire you; we invest in you with a two-month interactive training program to ensure you hit the ground running. Your success is our ultimate goal!

Total Bonus Potential: $5,000 paid in six increments in your first year of employment. Must be an active employee in good standing at the time of each scheduled payout to qualify.
