Job Responsibilities

• To perform general maintenance: plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, appliance repair
• To complete work orders and support daily operations
• To provide prompt and professional resident service
• To maintain safety standards and follow property procedures
• To use basic software/apps to update tasks and work orders

Required Skills & Qualifications

• At least 1 year of apartment or property maintenance experience
• Strong skills in plumbing, electrical, appliances, painting, and drywall
• Own tools required
• Ability to work independently and solve problems quickly
• Clear communication and customer-service mindset
• Property management software familiarity preferred
