Work Program Supervisor / RBTC Home Compliance Officer (Part-Time)

Starting Pay
$21.00 per hour (up to 28 hours per week)

Position Summary

Under the general supervision of the Court Administrator, the Work Program Supervisor/RBTC Home Compliance Officer is responsible for supervising probationers ordered to complete community service throughout the City of Wayne. This position also serves as the RBTC Home Compliance Officer by conducting home compliance visits, monitoring frequent but random drug testing, entering required information into DCCMIS, attending weekly team meetings, and participating in required training.

Duties And Responsibilities
  • Supervise probationers performing court-ordered community service throughout the City of Wayne.
  • Conduct home compliance visits for RBTC participants.
  • Monitor frequent but random drug testing.
  • Enter participant information and case updates into DCCMIS.
  • Attend weekly RBTC team meetings.
  • Participate in required training and continuing education.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Previous work program supervision or related experience preferred.
  • Valid Michigan chauffeur's license required.
  • Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment criminal background check.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Position Status: Part-Time (up to 28 hours per week)
