We are seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Part‑time Administrative Timekeeper to support our client’s busy fulfillment center operations. In this role, you will be responsible for tracking and verifying employee time records, coordinating with department leads, and ensuring payroll accuracy. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast‑paced environment.

Contract

Pay Rate: DOE

Schedule: Monday‑Friday, 9 am – 2 pm (flexible)

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately record and maintain employee work hours and attendance for all shifts.
  • Review and reconcile daily time entries to ensure accuracy and policy compliance.
  • Communicate with supervisors regarding schedule changes, time‑off requests, and discrepancies.
  • Prepare weekly time reports for payroll processing.
  • Support HR and operations teams with administrative tasks and documentation.
  • Assist in maintaining organized employee and scheduling records.
  • Work with management to maintain and update safety files and related documentation.
Qualifications
  • 1–2 years of experience in timekeeping, payroll, or administrative support (fulfillment or warehouse environment preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and timekeeping or payroll systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to adapt in a dynamic, fast‑moving environment.
