PGS Worldwide is seeking a Clerical Administrator in Wayne, NJ for a 6 month contract-to-hire role supporting a leading aerospace & defense company. This entry-level to associate-level role is associated with an environmental lab and provides administrative and clerical support through documentation maintenance, record validation, and accurate data entry across multiple systems. The position works closely with engineers, technicians, and program personnel to process documentation, review technical paperwork, and support daily operations.

• Active Secret clearance
• High school education or equivalent
• Up to one year of specialized instruction in general office procedures
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
• Microsoft Office experience
• Excel experience
• Ability to learn internal systems
• Ability to work across multiple departments
• Ability to support continuous improvement

• Provide administrative and clerical support for an environmental lab
• Maintain documentation and validate records
• Perform accurate data entry across multiple systems
• Perform data validation and verification of engineering and program documentation
• Review paperwork for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with established procedures
• Enter, update, and maintain information within company databases and tracking systems
• Support engineers and test technicians with administrative documentation needs
• Prepare, organize, scan, and file electronic and physical records
• Assist with document routing, approvals, and record retention
• Support daily operations by working with engineers, technicians, and program personnel
