LHH is looking to hire an Executive Administrative Assistant for one of our clients in the professional services sector located in Wayne, NJ.
Position SummaryThe Executive Administrative Assistant provides high-level administrative support to senior leadership, managing calendars, travel, meetings, communications, and special projects. This role requires exceptional organization, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to executives, including drafting correspondence, managing communications, and preparing presentations.
- Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and handle scheduling logistics.
- Arrange travel and prepare detailed itineraries.
- Prepare meeting agendas, materials, notes, and follow-up action items.
- Coordinate executive meetings, events, and off-site functions.
- Process expense reports, purchase orders, and vendor invoices.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Research, compile, and summarize information for executive review.
- Support office operations, document management, and special projects.
- Prioritize competing demands and ensure timely completion of assignments.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in an executive assistant, administrative assistant, office coordinator, or similar support role.
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the ability to learn new software quickly.
Base salary is between $65-80K depending on experience.
