We're looking for full‑time Automotive Assistant and Service Managers to join Team Mavis at one of our state‑of‑the‑art automotive service and retail tire sales centers in the Wayne, NJ area. With over 2,000 retail locations, Mavis is one of the largest tire sales and automotive repair chains in the United States.

As a future leader of Mavis, the Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager to ensure each Mavis retail location operates efficiently, safely and effectively. Assistant Managers are responsible for enforcing established policies, procedures and standards, scheduling mechanics and technicians work, managing outside orders, ensuring the quality and timely completion of jobs, meeting customer expectations, and ensuring the safety of team members.

The Service Manager is responsible for assisting customers with tire selections and recommending necessary under‑car repair services. To ensure complete customer satisfaction by delivering timely completion of high‑quality vehicle repair and maintenance, the Service Manager directs the workflow of mechanics, alignment technicians and tire technicians and stages vehicle repair/maintenance work. The Service Manager also drives the sales initiatives of Mavis, communicates directly with customers, assesses customer needs, provides information on requested or necessary automotive repairs and maintenance, ensures customers are satisfied with their in‑store experience, and strives to meet customer expectations.

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Possess at least one year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales, or in automotive repair/maintenance, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the role
