Salary Range: $28–$32 per hour, depending on experience and location.

The Sales Support Representative ensures timely and accurate order processing of capital equipment, customer‑specific, and disposable orders from receipt to final billing. The position supports internal and external customers, acting as a liaison between customers and multiple internal departments, resolving logistics and billing issues, and supporting data and trend analysis to optimize processes.

• Handle complex customer inquiries, receive, review, and process purchase orders.
• Deliver revenue backlog fully, using SAP to manage inventory and track purchase orders.
• Create supplier purchase orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Prevent slippage by examining backlog and operations logs.
• Ensure on‑time delivery and manage logistics of shipments according to customer needs.
• Facilitate seamless importation of inventory by working with Import/Export Compliance Specialist.
• Carry out billing and reporting activities in line with customer requirements.
• Liaise between Sales, Service, Finance, Supply Chain, Credit & Collections, Demo & Returns, Warehouse, and Customers & Vendors.
• Interface with factory and Supply Chain logistics to confirm correct equipment configurations.
• Create and process service orders for installation.
• Process demo‑related orders and the trade‑in order process, updating install base.
• Create return authorizations, credit memos, and debit memos within company guidelines.
• Run open order reports and provide monthly order demand for allocation.
• Perform other related duties and special projects as required or assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and relevant work experience.
• Minimum 2 years of related experience with strong knowledge of the functional area.
• Minimum 2 years of full‑cycle customer service and sales order management or supply chain experience.
• Minimum 2 years of SAP or equivalent ERP system experience.

• Understanding of the logistics business cycle and reverse logistics functions.
• Knowledge of purchase orders and their legality.
• Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize workloads, maintain attention to detail, and work independently in a fast‑paced and changing environment.
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Availability to work on company holidays and closings when required.
