Inside Sales Support Representative for its distribution and customer service facility. Candidates with inside sales experience are a must. The company is open to considering individuals with strong customer service skills and a willingness to learn.

• Provide exceptional customer support by preparing quotes, addressing inquiries, and responding to customer requests in a timely manner.
• Manage and track customer requirements, ensuring timely follow-ups and issue resolution.
• Expedite order fulfillment by monitoring production schedules, verifying order status, and proactively issuing updates and reminders.
• Support the Regional Sales Manager and Inside Sales team with administrative and sales-related activities.
• Perform high-volume, accurate data entry for sales orders, and related documentation.
• Foster strong cross-functional collaboration with internal teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Contribute to customer retention initiatives by maintaining consistent communication and service excellence.
• Resolve customer concerns, including technical issues, by coordinating with internal teams and providing effective solutions.
• Assist with accounts receivable and collections efforts as needed.

• Proven ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel (preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales administration or a related role.
• Technical aptitude or experience within a manufacturing environment required
