Construction Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead complex projects from start to finish, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality goals are met.

• Manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, work plans, and deadlines.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to keep projects running smoothly.
• Prepare and oversee project budgets, cost estimates, and forecasts.
• Lead and mentor project teams, including site managers, subcontractors, and laborers.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, including safety protocols.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality and progress.

• Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects (
  minimum $15 million
  ).
• Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
• Proficiency with project management software (Procore, MS Project, etc.).
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
