Service Loaner Specialist Job Description:
The Wayne Subaru Service Loaner Specialist is where our customers continue to experience exceptional service. You are the one that assists with their transportation needs as they have their vehicle serviced. This step is a part of the process that allows us to earn their business. For a Wayne Subaru Service Loaner Specialist, you will need the knowledge of our loaner program and the loaner inventory available at the time of the customers inquiry.
You will build rapport by answering all the customers questions quickly and accurately. Be sure to read the daily responsibilities and the qualifications before making your decisions to become a part of the Wayne Subaru family.

- Preparation of inventory with daily cleaning and sanitizing of the loaner fleet.

- Build rapport and develop lasting relationships.
- Ask pertinent questions and listen carefully to customer's answers.
- Daily build and develop product knowledge to be a Subaru expert about the models in the fleet.
- Keep up with the latest product offerings, optional packages, and technologies so you can explain the use of the loaner you are assigning to them.
- Follow-up with customers to make sure vehicles are returned on time.
- Communicate with management concerning objectives, activities, and reviews.
- Available for required hours during the week and weekends.
- Positive attitude and genuinely like people.
- Be ready and eager to learn product line and always look to improve.
- Communicate effectively with customers and other Wayne Subaru family members.
- Consistent and professional appearance in keeping with Wayne Subaru required dress code.
- Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
