We are seeking a motivated and dependable individual to join our team in a customer service and office support role. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, team-oriented, and comfortable communicating with customers across multiple channels.

Responsibilities
  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Provide accurate and knowledgeable information regarding products, pricing, and availability
  • Collaborate with internal departments to support customer needs
  • Perform data entry across multiple platforms
  • Process and enter customer orders
  • Maintain filing and general office organization
  • Assist with additional office or departmental tasks as needed
  • Adapt to changing priorities and support the team where needed
Qualifications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn
  • Comfortable multitasking and taking direction
  • Spanish fluency is a plus
Compensation & Schedule
  • Pay: $20-$22/hour
  • Schedule:

    Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM
  • No overtime required
