Purchasing Specialist
We are seeking a full‑time Purchasing Specialist to join the Purchasing Department. The role involves overseeing and assisting departments and divisions with various purchasing procedures, managing phone calls and providing excellent customer service, and handling multiple projects simultaneously with high organization.
Responsibilities- Oversee and assist departments and divisions with purchasing procedures.
- Provide high‑level customer service and respond to phone inquiries.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously with organizational skill.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and comfortable using computers.
- Strong phone use, customer service skills, and ability to work on multiple projects.
- May be required to take ongoing training classes.
Salaries range from $46,109 to $91,112. Qualified applicants may apply through the Human Resources tab of the Township website
