Customer Service Representative

Adecco is currently assisting a local Customer in their search for Customer Service Representative positions in Wayne, NJ. Responsibilities:

- Sales channel and customer support activities.

- Work collectively with team members to support service initiatives and improvements through projects and assignments.

- Manage demo, loaner, and rental inventory, including equipment logistics and tracking.

- Support aftermarket sales opportunities and proactive customer campaigns while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role supporting end users and highly technical customers.

- Proficiency with Service Cloud and ERP systems.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to professionally present information and manage customer expectations.

- Strong organizational, multitasking, analytical, and project management skills in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

Perks:

- Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

** Pay Details:**  $27.00 to $30.00 per hour
