Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Setup and maintain ACH payments.
Process installment loan payoffs.
Process returned checks on loan payments.
Process monetary adjustments to loan records.
Maintain general ledger reconciliations for various cost centers.
Verify signatures on advance checks for home equity and cash value credit lines.
Disburse monthly statements and earnings to car dealerships for the purchase of indirect auto loans.
Monitor and research daily reports for BSA compliance.
Review various Miser reports for accuracy.
Prepare monthly reports for senior management.
Assist with special projects when required.

Required Skills:

Good communication skills both verbal and written.
Good phone skills needed for customer contact.
Basic PC skills including general understanding of databases and Microsoft Word/Excel.
Excellent mathematical skills. Ability to work with complex figures.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to review loan documentation for completeness and accuracy.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Required Experience:

High School Diploma or GED and a minimum of three years' related bookkeeping experience.
Associate's Degree or 3+ years of accounting/bookkeeping experience preferred.
