- Prepare and review commercial lending documentation using specialized document generation systems and standardized templates.
- Validate credit approval terms and supporting documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with internal lending standards.
- Coordinate with lenders, legal counsel, and internal stakeholders to obtain required information and resolve documentation discrepancies.
- Process a variety of loan transactions including renewals, extensions, modifications, increases, and new credit facilities.
- Update and maintain loan records within internal systems and support lien-related documentation and filing processes.
- Generate closing packages including fee calculations, funding summaries, and supporting disbursement documentation.
- Conduct detailed quality and compliance reviews of loan documentation to ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Interpret credit approvals, commitment letters, and legal documentation to ensure proper structuring of loan files.
- Support lien perfection activities, including coordination of filings and related documentation requirements.
- Communicate effectively with internal partners to resolve issues and ensure timely and accurate loan document production.
- Maintain strong attention to detail to identify inconsistencies and ensure all documentation aligns with approved credit terms.
- Utilize lending documentation systems and tools to support efficient and accurate loan closing processes.
