The Senior Process Associate plays a crucial role in overseeing the lifecycle of debit and credit cards, ensuring efficient data management and high-quality customer interactions. This role is vital in maintaining compliance with regulations while driving continuous workflow improvements within the customer support operations.
Key Responsibilities- Direct the resolution of customer queries and issues utilizing typing skills and critical thinking, ensuring swift and effective responses through email and chat communication.
- Manage troubleshooting tasks by applying analytical skills to provide effective solutions and escalating complex issues to higher levels of support when necessary.
- Evaluate operational workflows using critical thinking to identify inefficiencies and suggest enhancements for improvement.
- Ensure the quality and precision of processed data and customer interactions by maintaining high standards in data entry and management across multiple systems and databases.
- Oversee the accurate entry, updating, and management of data within the card issuance system, ensuring compliance with KYC and AML procedures.
- Generate reports on card usage patterns, fraud trends, and customer behavior, utilizing data analysis skills to inform business decisions and improve operational efficiency.
- Proficient typing skills with high accuracy and speed.
- Critical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
- Basic understanding of data management and reporting practices.
- Familiarity with card industry regulations, including KYC and AML procedures.
- Proficient in using data analysis tools and generating reports.
- Certification in data analysis or relevant compliance certifications are optional but valuable.
A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
