As a Regional Banker/Teller within PNC's Metro Market and Mid‑Market Region you will be based in Wayne, New Jersey.
Job Description- Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing and create loyalty while increasing share of wallet. Participate in proactive sales and service activities, identify referral opportunities, and collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customers’ share of wallet.
- Drive proactive sales conversations through outbound calling, service‑to‑sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and effective lobby engagement, ultimately elevating client loyalty.
- Create customer loyalty and grow customer share of wallet through a differentiated customer experience. Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet their needs.
- Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems effectively to drive customer loyalty.
- Manage risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits and ensuring teller and branch daily operations and maintenance transactions are completed efficiently and accurately.

Pay TransparencyBase Salary: $40,500.00 – $67,500.00. Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data, and individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with payment based on company, business, and/or individual performance.
