Physical Therapist Ortho OP Wayne

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop patient-centered treatment plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and fellow rehabilitation team members.
• Communicate with patients and families to ensure understanding and continuity of care.
• Support various appointment types and adapt care plans as needed.
• Perform patient evaluation, establish plans of care and treatment programs, provide interventions, provide patient and family education, document interventions, and bill appropriately.
• Support Lead Clinicians in competency development and implementation.
• Participate in orientation of new staff members, serve as clinical instructor for students, exercise independent judgement of moderately complex cases with minimal to no supervision.

• New Jersey license to practice Physical Therapy (required).
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy academic program (required).
• New graduates are welcome.

Full‑time outpatient Physical Therapist – Wayne (M–F, no weekends). Hours per week: 37.5. Primary shift: varies. Hourly salary range: $40.00 – $70.40.
