Cardiac Technician
Responsible for performing various non-invasive cardiac testing and/or assists physicians with cardiac testing. Performs tests and all procedures related to non-invasive cardiology. Maintains accurate patient records and charts.
QualificationsWork requires a High School diploma or equivalent and one to two years of basic technical or occupationally-specific training in Cardiac Technology and one to two years of previous work related experience. Certification preferred as a Cardiac Technician. Work requires the ability to resolve problems that require the use of basic scientific, mathematical, or technical principles. Communications may include explaining clinical, technical and diagnostic procedures to patients and their families, comforting patients and their families, enforcing policies and regulations in difficult situations, or performing other duties requiring a comparable level of communication skill.

St. Joseph's Health provides a salary range to comply with New Jersey Law. The rate of pay for each position will be determined based on a variety of factors including the candidate's relevant experience, qualifications, skills, etc." The salary range does not include incentives, differential pay or other forms of compensation.
