As a Float Physical Therapist at Trinity Rehab, you'll provide high-quality, patient-centered care while supporting multiple clinics within your assigned region. You'll evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based care that helps patients achieve their goals. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with diverse clinical teams, gain experience across multiple outpatient orthopedic settings, and make a meaningful impact wherever you're needed.
- Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient orthopedic setting
- Deliver individualized, evidence-based care to help patients achieve their goals
- Travel between clinics within your assigned region while ensuring continuity of exceptional patient care
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and adapt quickly to different clinic environments
- Build meaningful relationships with patients and contribute to positive clinical outcomes
- Sign-on Bonus: $5,000 – $10,000
