Job Overview

We are seeking an RBT/BT to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism and developmental delays in their homes. The role focuses on building daily living skills, communication, independence, and confidence through play-based ABA techniques designed by a licensed BCBA.

Location:

Wayne, NJ (aftercare center)

Hours:

Monday – Friday, 3:00 – 6:00 PM. Additional flexible part‑time evenings and weekends are possible.

• Work one‑on‑one with kids in their homes to help them learn and grow using play‑based ABA techniques
• Follow simple step‑by‑step treatment plans made by your supervisor (BCBA)
• Track progress during each session using an easy data system on your phone or tablet (training provided)
• Collaborate with your BCBA and fellow techs to keep services consistent and effective
• Provide feedback to families about session outcomes and celebrate small wins together

• You’re looking for extra income with part‑time, afternoon/evening flexibility

• You may already work in a school, clinic, or other therapy setting—and want to pick up more hours

• Pay: $21–$26/hr based on experience

• Experience working with children (SPED Para, 1:1 Aide or Classroom Aide, after‑school programs, caregiving, autism)
• ABA experience is a plus
