Right Way ABA in Wayne, NJ is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT) to support children ages 2-18 through in-home and center-based therapy, under a BCBA. The BT will help implement individualized ABA plans and record real-time progress data.
You will collaborate with BCBAs, participate in trainings, maintain notes, and follow BACB ethics while helping clients develop communication, social, daily living, and play skills. Right Way ABA provides training and support for BT to become an RBT.
