Abound Health is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide caregiving and daily living support for individuals with IDD in Irvington, NJ. As a DSP, you will assist with ADLs, community participation, and behavioral support while helping clients live independently.
Starting pay is $23/hour for non-acuity and $33/hour for acuity, with a $1,000 signing bonus paid in installments. Flexible schedules, weekly pay, paid onboarding and training, and career growth opportunities offered.
