Hand & Stone is looking for skilled Massage Therapists to join a professional, client-focused team. New grad or seasoned pro, we offer the stability, support, and flexibility to help your career thrive. Earn $250–$400 a day on a full book of massage — plus tips and enhancement pay on top.

What you'll do:
Deliver customized massage treatments, create a welcoming guest experience, support client retention and membership growth, and keep your treatment room clean and organized. Requirements:

• Valid NJ massage therapy license and liability insurance
• Proficiency in Swedish massage (additional modality training available)
• Strong communication and client service skills
• Availability for at least one evening and one weekend shift
• Ability to commit to a minimum 6-hour shift
