Med Tech​/CMA

Brightview Senior Living is hiring a Med Tech/CMA to support residents in our vibrant senior living community. In this role, you'll provide hands-on care, assist with medications under delegation, and support daily living activities for residents in assisted living and memory care. You'll monitor and report changes in condition, maintain accurate documentation, and uphold infection control and safety standards. Working on a collaborative, resident-first team, you'll build meaningful relationships while helping seniors live with independence, dignity, and joy every day.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care including vital signs, medication assistance, and basic clinical support per care plans
• Support nurses by reporting changes in resident condition and documenting care accurately in electronic records
• Assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and toileting
• Collect specimens, perform basic point-of-care tests, and follow infection control and safety protocols
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment in resident rooms and common areas
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members to support a resident-first experience
• Participate in care conferences, trainings, and in-services to maintain competencies and compliance
• Support engaging resident programs by escorting residents and encouraging participation
