Summary
The Human Resources Business Partner will deliver HR services that create a positive employee experience and support organizational strategy. This role provides guidance on employee relations, performance management, training and development, and supports HR projects and change initiatives. The HRBP acts as a consultative partner to business leaders to align HR processes with business needs.
Responsibilities- Partner with client groups on performance management, talent management and employee relations and provide strategic solutions.
- Manage people movement including immigration activities and related communications.
- Collaborate with Centers of Excellence and shared services to improve HR processes and outcomes.
- Ensure HR alignment with business initiatives and consistent handling of issues to limit exposure.
- Assist in the development and continuous improvement of HR strategies and processes to enhance the employee experience.
- Build relationships with management and establish a consultative role within the organization.
- Provide coaching, counseling and progressive disciplinary strategies on employee performance matters.
- Conduct and support objective investigations into employee relations issues.
- Identify training needs within client groups and evaluate, plan and source appropriate training and education activities.
- Counsel management on HR policy, practice and procedures and support delivery of HR engagement and change initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience.
- Minimum 5 years generalist or combined specialist HR experience.
- Proven proficiency with HR functions and delivery.
- Knowledge of US labor laws and HR practices.
- Strong influencing, interpersonal, communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Experience driving an inclusive culture and demonstrating empathy.
- General business acumen and analytical skills.
- Organized, detail oriented and able to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office;
Workday experience preferred.
