Responsibilities
- Project Lifecycle: Lead the planning, execution, and closure of IT and ERP projects (including software development and cloud systems).
- Multi-Branch Coordination: Manage schedules, resources, and reporting for concurrent implementations across various locations.
- Stakeholder Reporting: Consolidate complex project data into division-level summaries for executive leadership.
- Methodology Champion: Adhere to Epicor Signature standards and assist with CRM/Salesforce enhancements.
- Risk & Vendor Management: Proactively mitigate risks and manage vendor performance.
- Experience: 5+ years in Project Management.
- Industry: Background in Manufacturing or Engineering (highly preferred).
- Technical: Proficiency in ERP life cycles, SDLC, and tools like JIRA or MS Project.
- Certifications: PMP, CAPM, or Agile preferred.
- Skills: Strong cross-functional leadership and excellent communication skills.
