SAP FICO Consultant (Central Finance) – 12‑Month Onsite Contract

Location:

Wayne, NJ (100% Onsite, 5 days/week)

Duration: 12 Months

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP FICO Lead with strong S/4

HANA Public Cloud experience and deep functional expertise across Central Finance, AP, AR, and Fixed Assets. This is a hands‑on, customer‑facing role responsible for leading blueprinting, fit‑to‑standard workshops, configuration, and offshore delivery oversight.

The consultant must be able to interact directly with business stakeholders, drive solution design, and ensure high‑quality execution across configuration, data, and testing activities.

This role is onsite in Wayne, NJ, five days per week.

• 10+ years of SAP FICO functional experience.
• Proven experience as a FICO Lead in S/4
  
  HANA Public Cloud implementations.
• Deep expertise in AP, AR, Fixed Assets, GL, and controlling processes.
• Demonstrated ability to lead fit‑to‑standard workshops and blueprinting sessions.
• Strong customer‑facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading offshore teams across configuration and data work streams.
• Ability to work onsite in Wayne, NJ, Monday–Friday.

• Exposure to Professional Services / PSA as a secondary module.
• Experience with AIF, SLT, and Central Finance replication troubleshooting.
• S/4
  
  HANA Finance or Central Finance certification.

• Serve as the S/4
  
  HANA Public Cloud FICO Lead, owning end‑to‑end functional design and delivery.
• Lead FICO implementation in S/4
  
  HANA Public Cloud, ensuring alignment with SAP best practices.
• Accounts Payable (AP)
• Conduct and lead blueprinting sessions and fit‑to‑standard workshops with business stakeholders.
• Interact directly with the customer to validate requirements, guide decisions, and ensure solution clarity.
• Lead and manage the offshore configuration and data teams, ensuring deliverables are accurate, timely, and aligned with design.
• Remain very hands‑on across configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and validation activities.
