Our client is a rapidly growing, physician‑led healthcare organization with an expanding footprint. As part of its continued growth, the organization is creating a new strategic position to support executive leadership through financial analytics, operational intelligence, and technology‑driven process improvements.

The Strategic Finance & Healthcare Analytics Manager will partner directly with executive leadership to improve financial performance, operational efficiency, and decision‑making through data analytics, automation, and emerging technologies. The role will focus heavily on revenue cycle performance, medical claims analytics, reporting, financial modeling, and business intelligence while helping identify opportunities to leverage artificial intelligence and automation across the organization.

This position offers significant visibility across the organization and the opportunity to help shape future analytics and technology initiatives.

• Develop executive‑level dashboards, reporting, and business intelligence solutions.
• Analyze revenue cycle, reimbursement, and medical claims data to identify trends and operational improvement opportunities.
• Create financial models, KPI reporting, and operational analytics to support strategic decision‑making.
• Design and automate reporting processes utilizing SQL, Python, Excel, Tableau, and AI‑powered tools.
• Evaluate and implement artificial intelligence solutions, including Large Language Models (LLMs), to improve business processes and reporting.
• Perform data extraction, automation, and workflow optimization projects.
• Partner with operational and clinical leadership to improve efficiency and financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and healthcare data governance requirements.
• Support reporting and analytics initiatives within the electronic medical record environment.
• Help establish future analytics capabilities and potentially mentor or oversee additional analytical resources as the team grows.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Experience with in healthcare, preferably supporting physician practices, ambulatory care, specialty healthcare, or healthcare services organizations.
• Strong understanding of medical claims, reimbursement methodologies, revenue cycle management, or healthcare financial operations.
• Experience developing executive reporting, dashboards, and business intelligence solutions.
• Advanced proficiency with:
• SQL
• Python
• Microsoft Excel
• Artificial Intelligence platforms and Large Language Models (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.)
• Experience with healthcare EMR or practice management systems is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present financial and operational insights to executive leadership.
• Ability to bridge business operations, finance, analytics, and technology.
